Ever since Tokyo Roki was founded,we have consistently adopted an autonomous management stance, constantly changing ourselves without fearing changes in the world around us in order to carve out our own path. Tokyo Roki has worked hard without fearing failures but with courage to develop new technologies and new products by constantly adopting new facilities and our equipment.
The rationalized business operation, which was achieved by our founder and our second president, has become prevalent in Tokyo Roki as our "corporate culture" and evolved into our employees' code of conduct as "Tokyo Roki-ism". It means that everyone of Tokyo Roki, from the top management to each employee, engages himself or herself every matter with self-discipline in order to win a high level of trust. At the same time, it also means that we keep challenging by reminding ourselves that there is nothing we can rely on, except our own hard work. Under the motto, “Clean & Saving”, Tokyo Roki has developed many environment-friendly products for better fuel consumption in an internal combustion engine, better exhaust gas emission and so on.
In our 60th year of business, Tokyo Roki is facing the global economic change of the century.
