Ventilators separate the oil mist contained in the engine blow-by gas, preventing oil consumption and the contamination of the intake system such as the turbocharger.
The cylindrical type, with low cost and high mounting flexibility, can be made compatible with engines small to large by changing the element size. There is also the type mounted on top of the engine head cover, as well as the centrifugal separation type that does not require element replacements, available to meet various needs.
