Tokyo Roki announces the resolution made at its Extraordinary General Meeting of Stakeholders and Board of Director’s Meeting held on March 29th, 2018, to approve the resignation of Mitsumasa Ohno from President, and the appointment of Iwao Takamura as the new President.
Furthermore, Mitsumasa Ohno will assume Corporate Auditor of the Company effective as of April 1st, 2018.
